小提琴製作者累積的知識、智慧和經驗,吸引作者的好奇心,也形成本研究的動機。本文試圖了解兩個問題:小提琴製作過程的默會知識的特性為何?及小提琴製作過程的默會知識如何透過做中學傳承與分享? 研究結果指出,透過師徒互動的機制,部分默會知識獲得傳承與分享。
Through observation and deep interview, this study tried to explore the violin maker’s knowledge transition and sharing of manufacturing violins. This essay discusses two issues. Firstly, what are the characteristics of tacit knowledge of manufacture technologies of violins? Secondly, how does the tacit knowledge was transited and shared? This article focuses on the process of learning by doing especially. Finally, the author provides some suggestions for further studies.
