The Labor pension Law enacted from July 1, 2005 in Taiwan. This is a big reform on pension system. This new system may have some affection to the labor turnover rare. The thesis used regression model to analysis some economical factors from 1991 to 2005. The thesis finds new pension system of labor pension law may have negative affection to workers to find a new job in 90$ significance level and also finds an interesting relations, under the new pension system of labor pension law, the workers with higher education al degree don’t have any advantage to have more salary adjustment rare or to find a new job.
