休閒潛水為國內甚為盛行的一項活動，但有關的研究仍十分匱乏。本研究的主要目的在探討國內休閒潛水者對潛水風險的認知以及發生損害的程度；其次探討個人屬性、個人潛水史對潛水風險認知與發生損害的影響。本研究根據相關文獻，整理出休閒潛水的風險計有減壓症等15項。本研究以問卷為調查工具，對台灣地區的休閒潛水者進行調查，共取得359份有效問卷，資料分析利用SPSS套裝軟體進行結果的描述與研究假設之驗證。本研究所得到的主要結論如下：1.國內休閒潛水者對潛水風險的認知程度高，其發生損害的程度不高。2.男性與女性對潛水風險的認知與發生損害有部分差異。3.潛水訓練等級不同，其風險認知有顯著差異，而發生損害程度則有少部分顯著差異。
Recreational scuba diving was one of the most popular activities in Taiwan. However, the studies refer to recreational scuba diving was deficient. Accordingly, the purpose of this study was to explored diving risks recognition and injures on recreational scuba diver. Diver’s personality and diving history was assuming as factors affect diver’s recognition of diving risks and injures. A questionnaire was applied to collect data and recreational scuba divers were participated in this study. According to literature review, 15 categories of diving risks include decompression sickness have been consisted. There were 359 valid questionnaires have been collected and datas were analyzed by SPSS. The conclusions of this study were as following: 1.The recreational scuba divers’ recognition of diving risks was high, the injury of recreational scuba diving happened was less 2. There were few significant differences found within gender as referring to recognized diving risks and the injury happened.3. There were significant differences found within different diving tranning degree as referring to recognized diving risks and few significant differences within the injury happened.
