摘 要 社會企業的公益使命、企業經營與創造營收等主要特質,受創業者的個人背景、 知識技能特徵的影響,使得社會企業的本質呈現多元發展。本研究主題是探討商業背 景創業團隊在進行社會企業創業時,所發展形成之創業管理模式,探索其社會理念與 經營模式的調整形成。本研究以個案研究方法,針對科技產業創業家所領導之商業背 景創業團隊,探討其所抱持之社會影響力理念與經營模式調整形成。針對創業流程的 探索性研究中發現:商業背景創業團隊之社會企業經營理念較重視產業創造、企業經 驗、資源整合與科技創新等內涵,形成對於社會企業的本質意涵認知與經營任務定 位。經營任務則著重於科技創新,同時面臨社會產品創新與企業經營創新兩階段挑 戰,社會創新強調創造讓邊際社會滿足的社會性產品。管理創新著重於社會產品的製 造與配銷科技、與社會企業經營哲學。商業背景的社會創業在社會產品創新方面,因 欠缺社會性需求的體驗,面對搜尋產品創意的挑戰;在管理創新方面,因傳承自商業組織的經營觀念與技能,同樣也面對管理科技的調整與重設計,以適應社會企業的特 異體質。
Abstract The social mission, business model, and revenue creation of social enterprises merit the attention of social entities and profitable organizations which aim at a successful transformation to an innovative entity that simultaneously meets the social needs and profitability. The main purpose of this study is to focus on the business models developed by the social entrepreneurs carrying business backgrounds. Through in-depth case study we would like to explore how these people uphold the logic of social impact in developing viable strategies and managerial practices in the emerging social entities. The results indicate that the concept of social enterprise derived from people with business background comprises of industry creation, business experience, resources integration, and technological innovation. With this concept in mind they aim at fulfilling the untapped social needs and facilitating social innovation through developing social products and nurturing social enterprises. Embedding the intent of social impact these social entrepreneurs develop entrepreneur models comprising of social innovative module and management innovative module with two of them being independently developed while mutually affected.
