七股潟湖周邊地區以鹽山、膠筏業、小吃業及餐廳等產業爲主軸的生態旅遊模式,形成生態旅遊的產業鏈。本研究透過觀光乘數的計算,分析七股地區生態旅遊所產生的經濟影響。分析結果顯示,七股潟湖地區生態旅遊的遊客支出,所產生的直接影響約爲新台幣4億7仟3佰萬元,且經乘數運算而獲得所得乘數爲1.58,亦即遊客每額外多一元的消費,大約對當地居民產生1.58元的收入。較高的值也表示生態旅遊對當地的社區經濟有明顯的助益。另外,相關觀光產業對間接影響的貢獻以餐廳業佔一半最大。在計算觀光乘數時,經驗研究的操作實有賴充足的社會調查資料的輔助作爲必要條件,因此Ad hoc模型在國內村里層次的應用有其困難,在縣市的空間層次操作較可行。
The Cigu area, which is a lagoon area, rubber raft industry, the snack industry, restaurant industry and other eco-tourism activities have gradually attracted more tourists and encouraged the development of local economy. This research penetrates a multiplier model, analyzes the economic impact which the eco-tourism of Cigu area produces. The analysis result showed that, the economic impact of the eco-tourism, contain two parts: the direct effect and indirect effect. The direct effect on the eco-tourism industry is that total tourist expenditure is 473 million NT dollars. Income multiplier is 1.58, that means each tourist consumes extra one dollar, probably produce 1.58 dollars to the local residents. The large multiplier also means that the eco-tourism industries benefit local economy significantly. In addition, sea-food restaurant industry contributes most to the indirect effect. Relating to the calculation of tourism multiplier, sufficient secondary social-economic survey data is a necessary condition. Thus, the application of Ad hoc model in Taiwan is more feasible in county scale than in community scale.
