Knowledge is an increasing value to all participants in current global economy. It is one of the key factors to compete in a global competitive society. According to the global competition, talent is an important factor for sustainability of the healthcare industry. The development of skilled human resources and technological infrastructure are two of the key factors in improving competitiveness and enhancing the capabilities of industry. This study explores the talent need in the healthcare industry which proposes four planning scenarios in 2015. The results indicate that product development, international marketing and service design skills are required to achieveindustry satisfaction. The talent development strategies are discussed in this study.
