「原型模式」教牧諮商乃根據聖經而發展出的教牧諮商方式。原型可分為在受造時、墮落之後、在基督裡等三種原型；分別稱之為「種子原型」、「後原型」、「成長原型」。原型教牧諮商乃在幫助人們尋找上帝創造他時之「種子原型」的心意與藍圖，澄清目前之「後原型」的成就因應模式、關係模式、存在模式等，並進入在耶穌基督裡之「成長原型」中改變與更新。原型教牧諮商使用上帝的眼光、肯定人裡面之上帝肖像與恩典，使人與上帝相遇並連結；籍著耶穌基督的榜樣與救贖、聖靈帶入真理之行動，使個案洞察、改變並行在上帝為之的獨特計畫與天命之中。

"Archetypal pastoral counseling" is a method of pastoral counseling developed from the Bible. There are the archetype during the creation, the archetype after the fall and the archetype in Christ, respectively called the "seed archetype," the "post archetype" and the "growth archetype." Archetypal pastoral counseling is meant to help one find the intention and blueprint behind the "seed archetype" from which God created him, clarify the current "post-archetypal" response model to, the relationship model and the existence model and enter the "growth archetype" in Christ for change and renewal. Archetypal pastoral counseling sees from God's eyes, confirms the image and grace of God in one and makes one encounter and connect with God. By means of the example and salvation of Christ, the client is made to see, to change and to walk in the unique plan and mandate given by God.
