本文據季旭昇教授〈說釐〉一文提出新說，認為釐字从年从攴，示手持棍棒朴打收割的禾穗，呈現具體收成之狀，由此才能理解此字在文獻上用為福氣的來源。文章復由年釐字推論殷人用首頂負穀物之習。

This article proposes a new comment on the character “Li” in oracle bone inscriptions. The structure of “Li”, combining two characters “nian” and “pu”, represents the original meaning of cutting plants. Through this analysis, we can also infer that the Yin people had the custom of carrying grains on the head.
