Performance management is a process of organization learning. People learn how to design strategic goals and plan in order to improve organization performance. Performance management learning includes double-loop learning, which should reexamine the goals, tasks, policies, and strategies of the organization. The article suggests using learning forums, cultivating learning culture, and establishing actionoriented learning.
