近年來公務人員訓練政策上較重大的變化在管理、對象、傳遞、資源等部分,本文旨在探討訓練如何作長期的架構設計,將引介專精取向訓練的概念,並思考警察訓練架構可否採此觀點來規劃;為更具體說明專精取向訓練的型態,將以維安特勤隊訓練為例,並與現行常年訓練作比較,最後針對訓練架構與可行的訓練題材提出建議。
The purpose of this study is to introduce the concept of expertise-based training, and explore how to plan the structure of police in-service training based on the perspective. In order to explain the framework of expertise-based training, there is Wei-an special service force for example. This study also compares the differences between Wei-an special service force training and police in-service training. Finally, this study makes some suggestions for the design of training structure and possible topic.
