本篇研究目的在於了解正念課程在運動領域發展之現況,並將正念技巧應用於網球運動。網球運動因屬性不同,選手經常得獨立處理情緒之變化,正念的意義主要在於幫助個體面對負面思考、注意力或覺察等情緒之調節,過去研究驗證正念能夠提升運動表現,有助於改善選手負面想法之調節,以及有助於身體覺察、注意力、專注當下不做心智判斷等情緒調節功能(Kabat-Zinn,2003),因此,建議網球訓練工作者應重視有關這方面的訓練。
The purpose of the article was to understand the development of the mindfulness in sports and to apply the mindfulness skill to tennis. Due to the many different attributes of tennis, athletes need to overcome their emotional changes by themselves. The meaning of the mindfulness skill was to alter pessimistic thoughts and strengthen attention and awareness. The previous studies also demonstrated that the mindfulness skill can help athletes enhance performance, alter pessimistic thoughts, and improve awareness, attention, and concentration in order to make the best decisions without emotional interference (Kabat-Zinn, 2003). Therefore, it is recommended that mindfulness training should be emphasized in tennis training.
