題名:敏捷訓練對羽球選手網前撲球整體反應時間之影響

本研究目的為將敏捷繩梯訓練應用於大專乙組男子羽球選手的訓練中,評估敏捷繩梯訓練對於在網前技術的撲球整體反應時間上的效果。方法:以19名大專乙組男子羽球選手為研究對象,並將其分為敏捷繩梯訓練組十名(agility ladder training group, ALTG)與控制組九名(control group, CG),進行八週的訓練,並於訓練前、第二週、第四週、第六週與第八週訓練結束後,以羽球專項步法整體反應時間評估系統進行網前技術撲球整體反應時間測試。統計方法採用二因子變異數分析(two-way ANOVA)進行考驗,比較訓練方式之差異,並LSD法進行組內的事後比較。結果:在八週的訓練後,ALTG與CG在網前撲球整體反應時間上達顯著的差異,而在不同測驗階段與組別間並無顯著的交互作用。在組內的事後比較,ALTG在第二週後即出現顯著的效果,而CG經過八週的訓練後則無。結論:敏捷繩梯訓練能顯著改善羽球選手在網前撲球整體反應時間的表現,這可能是由於中樞神經系統對訓練所產生的適應性,使步法有更佳的機動性並提升快速的反應能力。
The purpose of this study was to investigate the agility training method on total response time of rushing of net play in college male badminton players training. Methods: Nineteen badminton players were recruited and separated into agility ladder training group (n=10) and control group (CG) which were required to implement eight weeks training program. The rushing total response times were record by using the Badminton Footwork Estimator System. After a eight-week training, the results of the rushing total response time in every phase (pre-test, after two-week, after four-week, after six-week, and after eight-week) were analyzed by two-way ANOVA to test the difference between two groups and Fisher's Least Significant Difference (LSD) method was applied to test the difference within each group. Results: After eight-week training, the results showed that significant difference was found between ALTG and CG. And there was no interaction effect between measure phases and groups. Outstanding outcomes were revealed within agility training group but there were no significant effects within control group. Conclusions: These findings indicated that training by using agility ladder can significantly improve the total response time of rushing of net play. The most possible reason of this phenomenon is that the central nervous system might be adapted by training effects which improved the flexibility of footwork to response.
