本研究以習慣領域創新動態學為分析架構，了解學校健身房管理單位與使用者的壓力結構，改變使用策略，轉變其能力集合，並影響使用人數。結果發現當健身房管理單位承受內外壓力時，將能力集合轉化為新產品，也就是制定新制度，不僅提高了使用率，也增加了管理單位之收益，進而創造「贏贏」的境界。

In this paper, we used Innovation Dynamics of Habitual Domains as the research framework to understand the “charge structure” from both of managers and participants on campus fitness room, and then changed managerial strategy and transformed competence sets to make the influence of participating rate. The results found that when management unit of fitness room has faced the internal and external charges, the competence sets would be transformed and a new produce would be developed, in this case, a new system was innovated. Consequently, the participating rate has improved and so does the income for management unit, and finally the “win- win” situation has created.
