題名:跑步機與地面跑步時下肢肌肉活化程度之比較

目的:由於跑步機與實際地面跑步的耗氧量測驗中,發現在相同速率與距離下使用跑步機的選手所需耗氧量會比在實際地面上跑步的選手減少10 % 左右,以及研究指出在相同步頻條件下的擺動期時,膝關節在地面測驗相較於跑步機測驗中,有較大的彎曲姿勢及較快的伸展角速度,所以跑步機應視為一種新型態的運動,故本研究目的為探討健康男性下肢積分肌電(IEMG)在跑步機與地面上跑步的差異。方法:本研究以體育學系學生8名作為研究對象,平均年齡23.16 ± 3.21歲,平均身高173.38 ± 6.39公分,平均體重72.14 ± 7.48公斤。使用BTS Bioengineering PocketEMG收集步態的肌電訊號,處理資料時,根據Footswitch判斷出步態週期,截取出每個測驗中右足完成一個支撐期與著地期周期的IEMG值,統計方法使用無母數wilcoxon符號等級檢定,顯著水準訂為α=.05。結論:股直肌於支撐期時,在跑步機與地面間的肌肉活化程度具有顯著差異,可能為跑步機需要較大的膝關節穩定性所致;而研究中如要將跑步機研究結果推估至地面上實際狀況時,在研究結論的推估上務必十分審慎。
