題名:身體加速度及步頻分別與心跳之相關性--前導性實驗

前言:隨著健康意識抬頭,國民從事運動相關人口數逐年增加,身體活動量議題廣為討論,其中心跳更是拿來當成運動強度的重點指標之一。伴隨電子產業與穿戴式技術的純熟,加速規與計步器不論在準確度、體積與便利性上的考量,儼然已成為大眾紀錄身體活動量的必備品。但加速度的運算方式仍未有統一標準,故本研究想探討不同步態下身體各種加速度運算方式和步頻分別與心跳之相關性。方法:四名男性參與者皆配戴心率錶、三軸加速規,依序在三種不同速度下進行走路和跑步,每個試驗分別收取五分鐘來進行數據處理。利用皮爾森積差相關比較不同運算方式的加速度和步頻分別與心跳之相關性。結果:髖關節前後軸加速度積分值與峰值、橫向軸加速度峰值以及步頻皆與心跳達高度相關(相關係數分別為.997**、.974*、.998**、.972*)。結論與建議:未來在身體活動量計的運算應用上,可以利用髖關節前後軸加速度積分值、橫向軸加速度峰值以及步頻來推估身體活動量,能夠更簡化且準確的推估身體活動量。但在加速規的應用上,仍要考量擺放位置的活動型態以選取運算軸向為原則。
