本研究目的主要爲了解台灣地區民宿消費者對於綠色民宿知識之現況，以台灣地區劃分爲四區依照比例進行抽樣，總共回收有效樣本爲871份。本研究採用自編問卷，將所得資料使用敘述性統計、t-檢定、單因子變異數分析以及Scheffe事後檢定進行分析。研究結果發現台灣地區民宿消費者對於綠色民宿知識之平均答對率爲68.15%，其中以節省能源之平均答對率72.27%爲最高，以減少固體廢棄物之答對率爲66.05%爲最低。而在性別、年齡以及月收入皆無顯著差異，至於社經地位方面則是以中、高社經地位優於低社經地位，近一年內住宿次數則是以0~3次優於4~9次，居住地區則是以北區消費者優於南區、東區與離島地區之消費者，偏好民宿類型方面以鄉村體驗型優於生態景觀型與原住民特色型、在偏好一晚價位以5,000元以下優於5,001以上，皆呈現顯著差異。
The purpose of this study is to understand Taiwanese B&B's consumers' knowledge on green B&B. A total number of 871 valid questionnaires were collected form each parts of Taiwan. The self-administered survey was analysis by Descriptive Statistics, t test, One-Way ANOVA and Scheffe's method. The result of this study found the average correct rate is 68.15%. ”Energy Saving” got the highest correct rate above entire questionnaire which is 72.27%. The correct rate of ”Solid waste saving” got the lowest grades which is 66.05%. The gender, age and monthly income were not affected. All correct rate were affected by marital status, frequency of staying, Preference type of B&B and per night price.
