中共的「一帶一路」戰略的實施，在2017年1月18日抵達英國倫敦，中國大陸從浙江省義烏市到英國倫敦，這項創歷史紀錄的跨國與跨洲際貨運旅程，是中共領導人習近平推動「一帶一路」計畫的一部分，透過新的火車運送服務，振興與西方接軌貿易的古老絲路。而中共國家主席習近平於2017年1月17日在瑞士達沃斯國際會議中心出席「世界經濟論壇」2017年年會開幕式並發表演講，並在2017年5月在北京主辦「一帶一路」國際合作高峰論壇，共商合作大計，共建合作平臺，共用合作成果，為解決當前世界和區域經濟面臨的問題尋找方案，為實現聯動式發展注入新能量，讓「一帶一路」建設更好造福各國人民。從中共提出「一帶一路」戰略規劃倡議4年多來，已經有130多個國家和國際組織積極回應支援，70多個國家和國際組織同中共簽署合作協定，而中共「一帶一路」的戰略效應正在不斷擴大中。本文嘗試以地緣戰略觀點來分析中共「一帶一路」戰略意涵為何？
The implementation of the CCP's ＂The Belt and Road Initiative＂ strategy arrived in London, England on January 18, 2017. From Yiwu City, Zhejiang Province, Chinese mainland to London, England, this record-breaking transnational and intercontinental freight train journey is a part of the ＂The Belt and Road Initiative＂ project promoted by the leader of the Chinese Communist Party, Xi Jinping. Via the new train delivery services, the ancient Silk Road connecting with the West has been revitalized. Xi Jinping, President of the Chinese Communist Party, attended the opening ceremony of the 2017 World Economic Forum 2017 and delivered a speech at the International Conference Center in Davos, Switzerland on January 17, 2017. He also announced that he will host ＂The Belt and Road Initiative,＂ the international cooperation summit forum in Beijing in May this year to discuss cooperation plans, build cooperation platforms, share cooperation results, and find solutions to solve the facing problems of the current world and regional economies. Linked development will be injected with new energy to allow the construction of the ＂The Belt and Road Initiative＂ to benefit the people of all countries. Ever since the CCP's ＂The Belt and Road Initiative＂ strategic planning initiative four years ago, more than 130 countries and international organizations have actively responded to support the initiative and more than 70 countries and international organizations have signed cooperation agreements with the Chinese Communist Party. The strategic effect of the ＂The Belt and Road Initiative＂ of the CCP is constantly expanding. This paper attempts to analyze the strategic meaning of the ＂The Belt and Road Initiative＂ strategy of the CCP from a geostrategic perspective.
