     組織文化是組織成員所共享的一種信念和期望, 強烈的組織文化可以影響員工的 行為和對組織的承諾。組織文化與領導關係密切,領導者藉由其個人魅力,透過影響力之運 用,為組織設定目標遠景,改變組織文化,俾取得組織成員承諾達成共同目標。本研究旨在 探討組織文化的本質和內涵、組織文化之形成過程又不同學派觀點,進而探討領導理論之演 進及不同領導風格,藉以引申出組織文化與領導之關係。
