　　　　　博物館承受廣大民眾的信任、託付與期許，提供人們智識和情感生活面的服務。隨著社會環境的變遷，工作人員職務規則化、倫理內容民主化的趨向日益顯著，專業倫理條例終將逐年增加，內容愈加精益求精，並深深影響博物館的運作。博物館倫理融合了公眾責任、實務操作和專業涉入，但本身並不具法律效力，主要以輔助教育為目的，為一紙機構發展的參數指引，因此不論內容再燦然大備，唯藉行為人檢驗、認知、論釋和遵行過程方得以付諸實踐。二十世紀末倫理仍是博物館界的首要課題，本文主要從各家論述出發，試就專業倫理與博物館、展示與倫理、展示與法規等層面加以探討。世間現象如水，展示綱常如網，以網撈水，也許只落得點點滴滴罷。
