　　　　　本文指出不應以傳統規範性批判的角度來解讀福柯的著作。福柯雖然對規範性問題存而不論，但卻有助於開展一種“策略性模式”的權力分析。本文嘗試闡釋此種分析模式的著眼點，包括：一，關注技術；二，研究地方性或局部性權力；三，分析權力的生產性。筆者認為“策略性模式”的權力分析不但能使我們了解權力的真正運作，也同時揭示了傳統規範性批判（例如哈伯瑪斯的批判理論）的種種問題。
