題名:企業技術引進策略、認知與實際整合差距對新產品研發績效影響之研究

     過去有關技術引進的研究多偏重於技術引進的過程,而比較忽略引進技術需透過 適當的組織運作,方能成為公司自身能力的探討。因此,本研究透過實證方法驗證技術引進 策略與部門整合對企業研發績效的影響,分析資料來自台灣地區73家公司的問卷調查。實 證結果發現,採取的技術引進策略愈具創新性廠商,會認知本身需要比較豐富、完整的部門 整合作法,方能促使部門間有效地協調合作。且研發績效較佳的廠商愈會考慮到企業本身的 需要,採取合乎需求的部門整合作法,而非僅強調整合的重要。研究結果也顯示,採取的技 術引進策略各,愈具創新性的廠商,在部門整合認知與實際作法上的差距愈大績效就愈差, 因此,企業更應確立技術引進策略,並注意整合作法上的差距對產品研發績效所帶來的影響 。
     In the past decades, the researches of technology importation mainly focused on the importation process. However, the organizational operation to absorb the imported technology that becomes to a part of a firm's capability later is somewhat ignored. This article empirically examines the impact of technology importation strategy and organizational cross-function integration on firm performance. The data were obtained from 73 firms in Taiwan by means of questionnaires. The results are described as below: (1) The more innovative technology importation strategy a firm adopts, the more various of cross-function integration it perceives to be necessary. (2) A firm should not only stress the importance of cross-function integration but also the gap between practical and perceived level of integration. (3) In those firms adopt innovative technology importation strategy, the farther gap between practical and perceived level of integration of a firm, the worse its product development performs.
