題名:完美主義、社會聯結對來華留學生心理健康的影響--文化適應壓力的中介作用

文化適應壓力在探討完美主義、社會聯結與來華留學生心理健康的關系中有重要作用。采用心理學問卷調查法,考察了772名來華留學生完美主義、社會聯結、文化適應壓力與心理健康的水平,分析了四者之間的關系。結果表明:(1)來華留學生完美主義與文化適應壓力、抑郁間存在顯著正相關,社會聯結與文化適應壓力、抑郁間存在顯著負相關,完美主義與社會聯結間存在顯著正相關;(2)完美主義正向預測抑郁水平,文化適應壓力起完全中介作用;(3)社會聯結負向預測抑郁水平,其中文化適應壓力起部分中介作用。高校應進一步提升來華留學生心理健康工作,重視來華留學生與中國社會的聯系。
