以全球城市理論為視角,探索上海新移民居住空間分異格局、城市空間結構的關系和其影響機制。基于小尺度全國第六次人口普數據,分別選取中心城區與城市外圍地區作為研究對象,通過差異指數、分異指數和隔離指數,分析新移民居住空間特征,并結合相關規劃分析其形成機制。結果發現新移民主要聚集于外圍地區,其居住空間分異在城市郊區更為顯著,而中心城區新移民已基本融入本地居民生活,新移民分布與城市空間結構密切相關;此外,上海和中國其他世界城市的新移民居住空間分異的機制影響存在明顯差異,同時中心城區與城市外圍地區新移民聚集區在形成機理上存在顯著的差異,中心城區主要受到制度因素和市場因素的影響,而城市外圍地區主要受到市場因素和個人因素的影響。
From the perspective of global city theory, this paper attempts to explore the relationship between the segregation pattern of the residential space of new migrants in Shanghai and the city spatial structure and its influential mechanism. Based on the sixth national census at a small scale, the study chooses the central urban area and the peripheral area of the city as the study subjects, and analyzes the characteristics of the residential space of new migrants by using differentiation index, segregation index, and isolation index, before analyzing the formation mechanism in combination with related planning. The results show that the new migrants mainly concentrate in the peripheral area of the city, and the segregation of residential space is more obvious in the city suburbs. In contrast, the new migrants living in the central urban area have successfully blended into local residents. The distribution of new migrants is closely connected with the structure of city space. Besides, apparent differences can be seen in the infl uence mechanism for segregation of residential space of new migrants between Shanghai and other global cities in China. Likewise, remarkable differences can also be found in the formation mechanism of concentration areas of new migrants between the central urban area and the peripheral area of the city: the former is mainly infl uenced by institutions and market; and the latter is infl uenced by market and personal factors.
