The compilation of an annual report is an important way for a library to summarize and publicize itsannual work,and to improve its image as well. This paper makes a study on the 2016 annual reports released by 39 Chinese Project 985 university libraries. It focuses on the different aspects of their releasing,such as the time,channels,forms and contents,aiming to provide reference for later compilation and releasing of library annualreports.
