為考察空手道訓練能否提高大學生的自我控制能力,研究采用Go/Nogo任務測量個體的認知自控及相應的腦電活動,并加入靠墻直角坐任務測量個體的行為自控能力,比較個體在4周訓練干預前后認知和行為自控能力的變化。結果顯示,空手道訓練組在各項任務中的表現均顯著優于無額外運動組,而蹬車運動組介于兩組之間且與兩組差異均不顯著。因此,空手道訓練能夠穩定有效地提高個體的認知和行為自控能力,原因可能是訓練降低了自控資源的易損性。
To investigate whether karate training can improve the self-control ability of college students,we adopted the Go/Nogo task(with event-related potentials analyzed) and the wall-sit task to measure the changes of individuals’ cognitive and behavioral self-control before and after 4 weeks of karate training intervention.The results showed that the karate training group was significantly better than that of no additional exercise group in all the measures,whereas the performance of cycling group lay between those two groups with no significant difference from either group.The results indicated that karate training can improve individuals’ cognitive and behavioral self-control,probably because training makes the individuals less vulnerable to the effects of self-control resource depletion.
