文化適應是多民族國家社會融合的普遍現象, 這種文化調適對人們的環境適應具有促進和消極雙重作用。文章採用問卷調查法, 對雲南省特有跨境而居的哈尼族青少年樣本施測, 然後基於869個有效樣本數據, 分析了他們的文化適應結構, 及其與學校生活滿意度、學校適應之間的相互關係。結果表明: 哈尼族青少年學生的文化適應呈非平衡性發展特點, 教育促進效應極為顯著, 受教育程度越高, 越能適應文化變遷;文化適應是學校適應的一個核心前因變量, 具有積極的直接和間接心理效應。本研究可為學校開展多元文化教育和增強學生學校適應能力提供決策依據和實踐參考。
Acculturation is a common phenomenon of social integration in multiethnic country, which has both the facilitative and negative effects on people’ s environmental adaptation. This study employs questionnaires to survey a sample of Hani teenagers from a unique cross-border ethnic group in Yunnan province, China, and then based on the 869 valid sample data, to explore the psychological structure of their acculturation and its correlations with both school life satisfaction and school adaptation. The results indicate that the acculturation for Hani teenagers present the unbalance developmental features and significant schooling promotive effects. The higher educational levels they have reached, the better they can adapt to cultural change. As a core antecedent variable, acculturation has positive direct and indirect psychological effects on school adaptation. This finding can be used as a reference for decision-making or practice for developing multicultural education and strengthening students’ school adaptability.
