本研究旨在探討：1.了解並比較專科學校師生對企業倫理教學的意見及相
關因素。2.探討專科學生企業倫理態度及相關因素。3.考驗所使用企業倫
理教學策略的效果。4.提出建議供專科學校實施企業倫理教學之參考研究
方法包括問卷調查法與實驗法，樣本總數為1746人研究結果提出下列建議
： 1.有關企業倫理的教學：ぇ提高企業倫理在專科中的地位；え設計企
業倫理課程；ぉ計畫企業倫理的教學策略；お規畫企業倫理的教材；か培
養企業倫理的教學師資；が加強企業倫理的研究き重視企業倫理的實踐
。2.未來研究方面：ぇ擴大研究對象或作更長期的教學實驗；え編訂企業
倫理評定工具；ぉ從事縱貫研究。

The purpose of thes research aims to: 1.understand and compare
teachers' and students' opinions about business ethic teaching
in junior colleges, as well as other related factors,
2.investigate junior college students' attitudes towards

1746. Based upon major findings,the following recommendations
