The purpose of this experiment is to study post-exercise recovery for metabolic capacity caused by the resistance movement, muscle damage and inflammation of the impact in normobaric hyperoxia enveronment . In this study, single-blind crossover design, with 10 subjects were divided into two groups of college athletes, normoxic group (N; normoxia) and hyperoxia group (H; hyperoxia). All players completed total six items of systemic resistance exercise with 85% of the maximum muscle strength. Within 90 minutes, breathing 21% and 60 % oxygen in the static recovery after exercise. OGTT test conducted immediately after exercise, and before exercise(Pre), immediately after exercise(Post), 30, 60, 90 minutes and 24 hours, measure oxidative stress, muscle damage indicators (creatine kinase) and inflammation index (interleukin 6, 10), also detected the performance, muscle pain and heart rate variability rate understanding autonomy changes in nerve, before and after exercise. It was found that after resistance exercise in the normobaric hyperxica recovery increased oxidative stress but insulin sensitivity and muscle pain decrease ; Post-inflammatory factor and muscle pain relative decreased but decreased muscle strength.
