題名:華德福教育在台灣的本土轉化–一位實踐者的敘事探究

本研究透過敘事探究,深度訪談一位在台灣耕耘華德福教育將近15年的實踐者教師,探析其與華德福教育相遇的歷程所發展出的實踐智慧與生命領悟,藉以探尋華德福教育理念落入台灣之本土轉化經驗。
研究發現如下:
一、華德福教育理念所扣緊的人類發展與生命探究議題,使老師堅持在教育實踐與生命覺知鍛鍊中,成為陪伴孩子探尋自我的引路人。
二、因華德福學校公立化所帶來的公共性角色詮釋,突破學校間既有藩籬,奠基華德福教育在臺灣發展的成長力量。
三、公立華德福學校實踐使現行學校制度、行政組織面臨革新與突破,亦使華德福教育實踐進入反思與再概念化的轉化議題。
四、教師朝向以「吾」為核心的課程發展,使華德福課程實踐擺脫表象教條,朝向百花齊放、眾聲喧嘩的課程生成。
在台灣這片這沃土之上,華德福實踐者們因著對於教育善美真的追 求,燃起對於生命探究的旅程。並在自由、平等、博愛的共同願景中, 無私地分享經驗與傳承,建立教師共同成長與交流的碁石。在華德福先 驅與國內外社群,以及政府、學者專家的連結與支持下,一所所的華德 福學校在各地萌芽成長;且在實踐者們從下而上的力量交會中,讓學校實踐經歷深刻且必要的變革、批判與反思。
教師因著對於人的愛,探尋靈性世界隱藏的真理;因著對世界的愛,創生課程;在自我的提升中,帶領孩子進入未來;盡一己之力,發光發熱,實踐出覺知天地人的行動之愛。台灣各角落的華德福老師們,以生命的光暉,映照著華德福教育本土轉化的歷程,成就這段始於愛、終於愛的教育追尋。
A 15-years experienced Waldorf Education elementary schoolteacher was participated the in-depth interviews for this research in order to analyze and ascertain the process of encounters in between and the realization of life wisdom. This research is to explore the local transformation process of Waldorf Education in Taiwan through the experienced practitioner of Waldorf Education with narrative inquiry. The researcher found:
First, the Anthroposophy focus on developmental stages and Biographical Work. It disciplines ordinary teachers transform to guiding stars which always could insist practicing and awareness encounters with children. The stars provide a great help on self-searching to the children.
Second, due to the vigorous development of Waldorf schools’ publicization and the steady support from public resources, the publicness role had broken the existing concrete barriers and empower the development of Waldorf Education.
Thirdly, the establish of public Waldorf schools causes discussion on school system and administrative organization, the innovation trend also deepen the Waldorf Education into the issue of reflection and reconceptualization.
Lastly, due to the core of curriculum development focused on “I” apart from getting rid of the decayed dogma of appearance, it glanced in various directions.
In the land we called Formosa, Taiwan, Waldorf practitioners embraced the truth, virtue and beauty on their way of life exploring journey. They were not just chasing for an ideal realm but willing to share and inherited to the flowers. With the connection and support of government, scholars, and Waldorf pioneers across the universe, Waldorf schools have sprouted and grown in various places. Additionally, the bottom-up structure made the practice had undergone critically profound reflections under necessary innovations
The Waldorf practitioners dig deep the hidden truths of the spiritual world because of their love toward people. They create and practice curriculums in order to spread their love of the world. On top of that, they never forget to lead children into the future while they are improving themselves. The practitioners across Taiwan sparkled with their own but achieve greatness of love action by using their brilliance to light up the process of Taiwan's Waldorf Education practice. Their glow from love will never finish because the chasing love process of Waldorf Education will never end up.
