　　　　　本文試圖從觀眾的觀點瞭解一項特展的成效，並比較展示規劃者與觀眾之間期望與回應的差異。參與研究的觀眾經隨機分派至四個次展示區。由九項指標的評估結果，得出理想的展示形態。再由規劃者的訪談與觀眾的回饋，分析出差異的可能原因，並綜合研究結果，提出對未來展示規劃及研究的建議。
