　　　　　人類對知識探索的興趣，自古希臘以來即源源不絕。這樣的興趣初始只為了啟迪思想、增長智慧，進而應用於科技善生活環境。而在邁入知識經濟時代之際，知識成了經濟發展的主要關鍵時，對知識的深入研究就更顯重要。然而，對知識的探索，我們一直關注於以文字記錄的知識，忽略了默會知重要性。事實上，在我們的日常生活行動中，處處深藏著默會知識。如同Michael Polanyi所說的：「我們知道的比我們能說的多。」因此，本文試圖探討何謂默會知識？默會知識的特性？並以個案說明默會知識的利用和傳承，以期對默會知識有更探入的了解。
　　　　　The interest of knowledge exploration has never ceased since ancient Greek. In modern knowledge economy society, the study of knowledge economy society, the study of knowledge is more important than ever. In the past, however, codified knowledge has been paid more attention than tacit knowledge. This article attempts to explore tacit knowledge more. The author first elucidates the definition and property of tacit knowledge. Finally, the author offers several case studies of the application of tacit knowledge, such as, tacit knowledge in learning, medical practice, artifact, and so on.
