The attitude and the self-confidence of the nutrition educators can influence nutritional behaviors of their students. By using multi-step random sampling method, 1500 caregivers were selected as samples in Taiwan area. Among nutrition attitudes of caregivers, the attitude toward children's nutrition of caregivers was found to be the most positive, following by attitudes toward children's eating habit, attitudes toward nutrition knowledge and attitudes toward educating children way to eat. Younger caregiver also showed better off in attitude toward educating children way to eat. Caregivers in private preschools were more negative in attitude toward educating children way to eat. Caregivers in preschool affiliated college were better off in attitude toward children's nutrition and attitude toward educating children way to eat. Caregivers who graduated from university were better off in attitudes toward children's eating habit. Caregivers major in childhood education had good points in attitudes toward children's nutrition. Teachers were better off in attitudes toward educating children way to eat. Assistants were found to be the worse in attitudes toward educating children way to eat. Caregivers who designed meals had good point in attitude toward children's nutrition but had poor points in attitude toward children's eating habit. Caregivers who, in person, have better eating behavior will had higher points in attitude toward children's nutrition. Caregivers who had good performance in nutrition education showed poor attitude toward children's eating habit. Caregivers who have good performance in instructing children eating will be better off in attitude toward children's nutrition, attitude toward children's eating habit and attitude toward nutrition knowledge. Caregivers who have better knowledge in nutrition will better off in attitude toward children's eating habit, attitude toward nutrition knowledge and attitude toward educating children way to eat. Caregivers who have better knowledge on group meal will have good point in attitude toward children's eating habit. Caregivers who are good at nutrition estimate and with knowledge in nutrition barrier will be good in attitude toward children's eating habit and attitude toward nutrition knowledge.
