本研究旨在利用試題反應理論分析裁判的判決行為。以第十三屆亞運會舞蹈運動標準舞比賽決賽裁判員裁決情形為分析資料。利FACETS用軟體進行三層面Rasch模式分析，檢定「適合度統計」、「非期望反應」。研究發現透過IRT的估計可以對裁判員的評判表現做一整體的描述，並檢測非期望反應；試題反應理論可以更精確地分析裁判的判決行為。

The purpose of this study was to analyses the judge’s rating in terms of item response theory. The data of the evaluation of standard dance’s judge in the final of the 13th Asian Games was analyzed. The FACETS software was used to analyze three-facet Rasch model, testing “fit statistics” and “unexpected responses”. Through IRT we could describe the performance of the judge and test unexpected response. The conclusion was that item response theory could better analyze judge’s evaluation precisely.
