This study was a descriptive approach research, the purpose of it was that the researcher tried to adopt Mosston instruction spectrum as a systemic observation tool to find out the application of management, the episode number of explanation and demonstration, and the time allocation through floor exercise class instruction style conducted by Mr. Lin-aP.E. teacher in Chung-Chen Elementary School of Tao-Yuan County. The result of this study were as follows: 1. Mr. Lin's instruction styles were order, and practicing, especially focused on the latter one. 2. Most of the episode that Mr. Lin used was for activity, than for explanation and exhibition, the management episode is the least item that Mr. Lin used. 3. Most of the time allocation that Mr. Lin did was for activity, than for explanation and exhibition, the management was the least item of time allocation.
