由於資源基礎觀點，對於未來策略路徑選取，仍是一個未深入探討的缺口，而且策略路徑選取需面對資訊不足的模糊環境問題，使得高階經理人經常依據過去的經驗規則，採用定性及主觀資訊推論未來的策略路徑。因之本文以資源基礎觀點的三個核心概念：特有資源的累積、特有能力之養成和隔絕機制之強化，結合專家訪談和文獻探討，整理出策略路徑選取準則，並據以建立八種策略路徑推論規則，再使用模糊推論法，推論未來策略選取建議，來填補策略管理之缺口，強化資源基礎觀點的動態性。 透過模糊推論，本文將策略路徑(Path)以不同方向之箭號來表示，代表未來的各種可能方向，以適合值大小來決定步幅(Pace)，來呈現策略演化的動態性及非線性的演化路徑。

From the resource-based viewpoint, the selection of the future strategy path is still a field which needs futher study. Besides, the selection of the future strategy path is involed in the fuzzy environment problem with the lake of information. The top managers, based on their own experience, often use qualitative and subjective information to inference the future strategy path. In this study, we use the three core concepts of the resource-based view (accumulation the special resource, creating the special ability and strengthening the isolation mechanism), combining the experts' interview and the literature review, to develop the criteria of the strategy selection and then to build eight strategy inference rules. After that, by fuzzy reasoning method, we inference the strategy path suggestions to improve the strategy management gap and to strengthen the dynamic of the resource-based view. Through the fuzzy reasoning, arrows are used to denote the future strategy path directions; suitable values to determine the pace. The path and the changing of the path can reflect the dynamic and non-lineare revolution path of strategy revolution.
