本研究旨在瞭解校長導入輔導制度的相關基本概念;其次也調查分析臺北縣市國小校長對校長導入輔導制度的實施意見。 研究採問卷調查法,樣本包括臺北縣市公立國民小學的200位校長。研究工具為「國小校長對校長導入輔導制度之意見調查問卷」,問卷回收經統計處理獲得以下結論: 1.輔導校長的特徵宜具有:足夠的經驗、助人的意願、開放的人格、瞭解教育生態、能不斷省思、高領導品質等;而其主要職責為:協助熟識規範、提供訊息、楷模、分享工作技巧等。 2.輔導校長培訓以由教育行政機關委託師資培育機構辦理較適合;培訓的知識與能力為:問題解決、人際溝通、行政專業、導入輔導、教學領導、以及觀察回饋;至於培訓後則應由教育行政機關辦理認證。 3.輔導校長具備年資以「八年以上」較適當;輔導的配對,則以行政機關提供名單,再由初任校長根據自己的情況挑選輔導校長;輔導時程,以半年或一年較適宜;且以一位資深校長輔導一位初任校長的方式較適合。 4.輔導校長的任期以「一年」較適宜;而以「可連任一次」較合理,此外,發展式學習乃是較佳的導入輔導方式。 5.導入輔導制度對初任校長、輔導校長與學校系統,都有其助益;但實施 時宜注意不適當的配對、行政支援不足、專業訓練與輔導時間不足等問題。 6.導入輔導主要的評鑑方式為訪談輔導校長與初任校長。 7.提供出國考察、進修機會、研究資源、校長遴選參考都是對輔導校長較其吸引力的工作條件。 8.學校行政管理、課程與教學領導是初任校長最需要的專業成長領域。 根據研究所得,本研究分別對教育行政單位與師資培育機構,提出多項建議。
The purposes of this study were to review the concept of principal mentoring and to inquire principals' opinions about the implementation of the principal mentoring in elementary schools in Taipei City and Taipei County. Questionnaire survey was used in the study for collecting data. The subjects included a total number of 200 principals randomly selected from the elementary schools in Taipei City and Taipei County. The survey instrument was "Pincipals' Perceptions of the Principal Mentoring Scale". Based on the study results, some recommendations were presented to educational administration authority and teacher education institutions to improve the principal mentoring practice.
