題名:基層員工的正式化、角色壓力、組織承諾與工作疏離感:國家文化的干擾作用

     本研究之目的在於檢驗國家文化對於正式化、角色壓力、組織承諾與工作疏離感之間關係之干擾作用。本研究對274份來自臺灣基層員工的問卷及234份來自於菲律賓基層工的問內進行分析,而複迴歸的結果顯示預期的國籍干擾效果則僅在組織承諾與工作疏離感的關係上出現。本研並對此研究結果進行討論,並提出後續研究建議。
