This article sets out from the perspective of discussing what actions could be taken between the CC clique, Chiang Kai-shek, and the party-state regime to reach coordination and forgiveness. This article tries to evaluate the political adjustment of the CC clique in the initial stage of Kuomintang's regime when it moved to Taiwan. It will also discuss and explain the politics of expulsion developed from the gai-zao campaign.
