本文以重新建構香港管制性工作者法律歷史脈絡為介入點，除澄清及填補過去有關論述的含糊及漏洞外，更希望藉此審視 1.西方白人基督天主教基要主義及反性工作女性主義如何再造複製香港本土女性工作者「自有永有」的主體；及 2.該項主體建構工程如何強化香港本土女性工作者面對的壓迫歧視。筆者亦會以褔柯後現代理論為基調，企圖顛覆與香港本土女性工作者邊緣病態化相互鞏固的異性愛男性本位性 慾霸權，並研究以法律非性慾化作為本土女性工作者反抗策略的可能。
Through reconstructing the historical discourse on the development of legal control of Sex Work/ers in Hong Kong, the author aims at investigating: a) how the subjectivities of local female sex workers are reproduced within the mainstream socio-legal context which is defined by White-Western Christian Fundamentalism and Anti-Sex Work Feminism; and b) how fixation of such subjectivities is mythologically formulated and how it reinforces the suppression of local female sex workers. This article tries to shake the contemporary hegemony of male-dominating heterosexuality, which interactively constitutes the marginalization and pathologization of female sex workers in Hong Kong, from the perspective of Foucauldian desexualization. The article also argues that a cultural platform for such a desexualization resistance strategy already exists in Hong Kong.
