HD(High Definition)影像，隨科技進步而逐漸融入你我的生活之中，而高解析度影像使用越來越普遍，對於高解析度影像文字符號及圖像的設定，往往衍生出新的討論空間。由於影像的零失真解析，影片的字體及圖像不再受限於放大時產生的模糊影響，科技進步所帶來的影響將對於使用者原有的習慣造成改變。在本研究中，對於新式HDV(1080i)及HDV(720P)所對應之解析度做出字型及圖像辨識上的探討，藉由影片及配合問卷的方式進行測試，並且分析出最佳的建議文字字形、文字色彩及圖像於影片中的配置。由研究結論顯示出以HD格式播放影片所需要的字型，從VCD畫質建議的30±2號字到DVD畫質的26～28號字的建議值，最後是HD畫質的24～26號字的建議值，隨者解析度的越來越高，需要的字型大小顯的越來越低，影像畫質也相對提升，而圖像也是在HD(1280×720)的畫質表現大幅提昇，顯示出HD畫質於應用上將越來越普及，對於多媒體影像及文字的設定，也將會隨之而產生改變。

HD (High Definition) Image incorporates gradually in life by following with scientific and technological progress, high analyzed degrees of image are more commonly and widely use today, as to high analyzed degrees of characters symbol and picture of image setting characters will producing more new discussion spaces, by the zero difference to the analyzed degrees of image, the script and picture of the film are no longer limited to enlarged fuzzy influences, the influences of the scientific and technological progress will bring the magnificent changes to the user's existing used habit. While studying in this text, we made a research to analyzed degrees of image to the new-type of HDV (1080i) and HDV (720P). Corresponding analysis and discussion to the analyzed degrees of different images to the types of calligraphy、words、pictures、colors of the film, cooperate with the way of the questionnaire to test with the film, and offer the best suggestions to the characters of word shape, the color of the characters and disposition in the film of picture.
