本研究在探討環境氣氛與擁擠認知之經營氣氛、以及親切可靠之服務知覺與惠顧意願之間的因果關係,且以混合著商店與攤販之夜市型商圈為實證研究。分析結果顯示服務知覺是環境氣氛對惠顧意願影響的中介變數,消費者惠顧意願是受到服務知覺與擁擠度的直接正向影響,但是受到環境氣氛的間接負向影響。在較低消費之夜市型商圈服務知覺是影響惠顧意願的最大因素,在商圈店家經營者提昇服務品質當可增進消費者購買意願。
