北宋詩人潘淳（潘子真），師事黃山谷，亦秉承家學，著有《潘子真詩話》一書；郭紹虞《宋詩話考》讚譽此詩話較王直方、李希聲二家為勝。今展讀《潘子真詩話》，其品評詩人詩作、談論詩歌藝術、探尋詩歌源流、漫談詩壇軼事，風貌甚是多樣。其結構特點是，漫筆而書，隨意短長，形式漫無矩度，體例繁夥不一，但遵循一則一事。優點是靈活自如，生動活潑，可以信手拈來，隨意發揮，常常一語中的；缺點是考證不嚴，結構鬆散，又與他書重出。 長期以來，由於《潘子真詩話》的散佚不全，有關潘子真及《潘子真詩話》的研究一直是片斷的。本文嘗試從潘子真身世考、《潘子真詩話》的名稱和版本、《潘子真詩話》評析等數方面著手探討，並將《潘子真詩話》的內文細分為「詞語來源與聲韻考證」、「詩壇逸事與詩作軼聞」和「詩歌評論」等三部份加以考論，期能較有系統地展現《潘子真詩話》的理論脈絡。

Pan Chun（潘淳）,has another name called Pan ZiZhen（潘子真）, was a poet from the Bei Song Dynasty. Pan ZiZhen served Huang ShanGu （黃山谷）as a teacher. Passing on the family tradition, he wrote “Pan ZiZhen’s Poetry Commentary”. Guo ShaoYu’s“The textual research in Song Poetry Commentary” praises that “Pan ZiZhen’s Poetry Commentary” is better than “Wang ZhiFang’s Poetry Commentary” and “Li XiSheng’s Poetry Commentary”. We read “Pan ZiZhen’s Poetry Commentary” today ,. it judges poet's poem, talks about poem art, pursues the poem source and course, discusses the anecdote of poetry circles, the style and features is very various. Its structural characteristic is writing at will, leave the space size alone. It’s style is numerous, and a piece of Poetry Commentary is a story.The advantage is flexible freely, lively, and hit the core. The shortcoming can not be criticized of a text tightly, is loosely organized, and is identical with other books. For a long time, “Pan ZiZhen’s Poetry Commentary” has come non- complete, and the research of “Pan ZiZhen’s Poetry Commentary” has been fragmentary all the time.This article try to research in Pan ZiZhen’s Life experience background, name and edition of “Pan ZiZhen’s Poetry Commentary”, and make a lot of comments on “Pan ZiZhen’s Poetry Commentary”. I hope to represent the train of thought of its theories.
