Reading is one of the most important factors affecting the future national competition. Public libraries could plant the seeds of reading deeply in every corner by various strategies that caring about children’s reading actively. Therefore, this essay will take Taichung Shituen Library as an example to discuss the promotion experiences of children’s reading services.
