本研究旨在探討雲嘉南地區國中音樂班學生參與休閒活動現況、時間、期望情形、阻礙因素及其相關因素。以雲嘉南地區國中音樂班學生爲研究對象，採問卷調查法，以普查方式實施，然後以次數分配、百分比分析描述受試者參與休閒之情況。研究結果發現：1.學生平日、假日與寒暑假參與休閒活動種類以藝文性及娛樂性爲主2.休閒活動時間平日31-60分鐘，假日和寒暑假61-90分鐘3.參與休閒之動機主要爲興趣；期望辦理休閒活動單位爲家庭4.休閒阻礙因素主要爲功課壓力5.參與休閒活動相關因素：學生不喜歡之休閒活動爲體能性、鼓勵參與休閒活動之父母最多、最常提供休閒資訊爲國文科教師。本研究根據研究結果建議落實體育課程、提供家長正確休閒觀、辦理多元活動。

This survey study investigated the leisure activity participation of the junior high school students in music-talented classes, including time, expectation, and obstacles. Participants were from schools in Yunlin, Chiayi, and Tainan. The result shows that the most participated leisure activities of musictalented classes students were art and entertainment activities. The average duration of the leisure activities in weekdays was 31-60 minutes but 61-90 minutes in non-weekdays. The major motivations were personal interest. Most participants expected participating family leisure activities. Academic pressure was the major obstacles of participating in leisure activities. Majority of participants disliked participating physical leisure activities. Most parents encouraged participants to participate in leisure activities. Language Art teachers were the major information source of leisure activities. The findings suggest that schools should enrich their physical education programs, develop parents' a positive attitude toward leisure activities, and offer diverse leisure activities.
