The study focused on the identification of working pressure, leisure needs and personal health for elementary school teachers in center Taiwan. It also analyzed the inter-relationship among the three parts by using questionnaire survey, including 1098 effective samples. After processing the data with SPSS, it got the following generalization: 1. The most work pressure of the subjects is from the workload, and the primary leisure need of the subjects is health need. 2. The hypotheses explained that there are significant statistic differences of work pressure in different genders, age, seniority, education and position. 3. There are significant statistic differences of leisure needs in different age, seniority, scale of school, education, and position. 4. It parts correlations between work pressure and leisure needs. 5. Different genders, position, and seniority have the different personal health identification obviously.
