當前全球大學中,以華語爲二語或外語的古典詩歌教學課程,仍以解析字詞詩意爲導向,然而,此模式難以詮釋作品的具體情境與意象,不易達成學習目標。本文整合教學系統需求分析、多媒體情境分析與展演技術、互動介面設計、網路多媒體資料庫技術以及系統滿意度評估法,發展以「直觀情境再現」爲主軸之華文古典詩歌學習內容。並建構協同式網路教學平台,提供多人即時互動、討論溝通、組織學習社群等功能以進行輔助教學。研發成果藉由重要度-滿意度模式,分析對外華語教師與進階華語學習者的教、學實驗回饋資訊,以做爲改善系統平台功能和內容的依據。研發結成果顯示,以多媒體呈現直觀情境的教學內容,並結合網路協同與互動式學習機制,具有還原詩歌語境與文化語境的感知效果,確實有助於二語學生達成學習進階華語文的目標。

Teaching classical poetry as one of essential parts in Chinese language and culture programs for non-native students is an expanding trend in the universities worldwide. The current teaching method of Chinese classical poetry is still oriented in the background and meaning instruction which is generally proceeding word by word and sentence by sentence. This study integrates system requirement analysis, situational analysis, multimedia situation presentation technology, interactive interface design, Internet multimedia database technology, and system effectiveness evaluation approach to develop the classical Chinese poetry learning contents which are based on the intuitive situation representation. By building the collaborative online teaching platform, our system will provide real-time multiplayer interaction, exchange and communication, organizational learning community for assisted instruction. The achievements of the investigation were applied to the experimental teaching with Importance-Satisfaction model (IS). The feedback of the survey was analyzed and the results show that the multimedia intuitive situation teaching is positively effective for L2 students not only in returning to the poems and culture context but also in realizing the authors' implied meanings which were committed to the scenery and events in the works. It is apparently helpful to students reaching their learning goals.
