身體組成對一般人的健康及運動員的運動表現而言,都是一個重要的因素,然而在改善或維持良好的身體組成時,需要有良好的身體組成評估方法或測量工具。生物電阻法因為其具有測量的便利性、有效性及可靠性等因素,近年來逐漸廣受研究者及健康領域執業者所使用。本文即先從相關文獻探討身體組成的重要性,接著介紹多頻生物電阻法的應用,以及有關國內使用多頻生物電阻在運動領域方面的研究,最後並提出應用此測量工具在近期與未來研究及應用的方向。
Body composition is an important component for good health and athletic performance. However, to improve or maintain appropriate body composition, reliable body composition assessment is required. Bioimpedance analysis has been gaining popularly by researchers and health practitioners due to its easy-to-use property, validity, and reliability. This article reviews previous literature on body composition measurement in the applications of multifrequency bioelectrical impedance analysis and its application in the sports research. Last, applications of this assessment tool for future research and application directions are reported.
