題名:運動介入對阿茲海默症之影響:統合分析

目的:瞭解運動介入對阿茲海默症整體差異,並探討運動介入對阿茲海默症調節變項之情形。方法:本研究使用電腦資料庫檢索,以及相關期刊回顧等方式,蒐集到15篇閱讀運動介入對阿茲海默的實證性研究。以統合分析Comprehensive Meta-Analysis (CMA) 3.0軟體計算加權平均效果量值,並尋找影響阿茲海默症效果的調節變項。結果: 一、運動介入對已罹患阿茲海默症者認知無正向幫助。二、運動介入對已罹患阿茲海默症者在不同調節變項皆無正向幫助。三、運動介入對已罹患阿茲海默症者精神行為有正向幫助。四、運動介入對罹患不同病程阿茲海默症者精神行為有正向幫助。五、綜合運動型態、每次持續60分鐘運動及每週運動兩次對已罹患阿茲海默症者有正向幫助。結論:運動介入對已罹患阿茲海默症者精神行為效果較大,且並將日常生活融入運動。
