It is beyond all doubts that American legal system has many features and exerts great influence upon our present legal system. This paper purports to analynize many important facets of the courts, including their organization, operation, especially the role played by the federal Supreme Court and their social and political impact upon American society so as to be used as reference of reform for our pertinent system. In order to achieve this purpose, those related questions such as selection, removal, discipline, compensation, as well as training of judges, district attorneys and some other judicial officials are also explored. Equal emphasis are placed upon both theory and practice.
