This study was to find the similarity and difference of 5 colors inspection between Chinese medicine and Western medicine, then applied to the teaching pre-school physical education curriculum. The data collection was based on literature analysis. The following conclusions were obtained after analysis and discussion: The similarities were: 1. The two systems both included somatotype, physiological problem, character and social behavior. 2. They were not only observed on the face but also discuss about emotional physiology. 3. The names of the 5 colors inspection were similarly. The differences were: 1. Chinese medicine used 5 elements to explain the relationships with entrails and meridian, Western medicine classified by the percentage of hormonal adrenalin and dopamine. 2. Chinese medicine described disease with constitution, Western medicine considered of the hormone. 3. The major difference of the somatotype, character, relationship of white type and the somatotype of green type. The 5 Colors Inspection are convenience and they would offer teachers the information of observation and teaching.
